Course Description
This hands-on course is designed for dental clinicians looking to master the principles and techniques behind laminate veneers and bonded esthetic prototypes. Led by internationally renowned instructor Dr. Johan Figueira, the program blends theory and practical skills to help participants confidently manage esthetic treatments using modern ceramic materials and preparation protocols.
The course will cover diagnostic steps, tooth preparation, and cementation protocols, with a focus on delivering natural, predictable, and long-lasting results, from single veneers to full smile makeovers.

Dr. Johan Figueira graduated from the School of Dentistry at the Central University of Venezuela in 2009.
In 2010, he was accepted into the Aesthetic Restoration Program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Center for Esthetic Dentistry, where he continued his studies under the leadership of renowned prosthodontist and master ceramist Dr. Edward McLaren.
After graduating, he became an instructor at the UCLA Center for Esthetic Dentistry for 7 years. During this time, he also trained with prominent figures such as Dr. Frank Spear, Dr. John Kois, and Dr. Pascal Magne.
Currently, Dr. Figueira runs a dental clinic and lab in Mexico, focusing on comprehensive esthetic dentistry cases. He has published numerous scientific articles on topics including ceramic systems, color, photography, digital dentistry, and communication with the dental laboratory.
He also delivers international lectures and hands-on workshops, having taught in nearly 50 countries around the world
