Dr. Ali Shakib

Bio: Dr. Ali Shakib is an experienced Toronto dentist. He earned his dental degree in 1995 from Tehran University in Iran. He then completed a 4-year postgraduate specialty in cosmetic and restorative dentistry at Melli University in 2001. He taught dentistry for over 10 years at the university level while at the same time practicing the art and science of dentistry at his private dental clinic. Dr. Shakib’s commitment to excellence in dentistry is anchored by a keen interest in aesthetics, function and quality, which play an integral role in his treatment plan recommendations. His conservative, minimally invasive approach to dentistry is enhanced by his choice of metal-free, biocompatible dental materials that provide patients with the best dental care possible. With a passion for continuous education and self improvement, Dr. Shakib has completed training in the management of dental emergencies and the use of Nitrous Oxide Sedation to help patients who suffer from dental anxiety. He is very responsive to his patient’s needs and concerns in order to provide exceptional dental care as part of a relaxed dental experience. He is a member in good standing of the Canadian Dental Association, the Ontario Dental Association and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
